Choosing a IDE

The Dilemma of choosing IDE 

Choosing a right IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for you could be a tough decision because of Internet there are many IDE who claims that they are best and blah blah blah....
don't be confused i will tell you which IDE is good for you to code HTML since you are a beginner

The best IDEs (According to me)

2. Notepad++ ( Downlaod Here )
3. Aptana Studio 3 ( Downlaod Here )

You are free to use any Other IDE but i am going to use notepad++.
